ongratulatons on making it this far! if you haven't already, please check out the user checklist while you complete your application to help guide you through the process. when creating your application, please make a new thread and title it LAST NAME, first name and, if you wish, you may include a [WIP] to indicate that it is not complete. you may only use the form provided below in your application. if you have any questions during your application, then please visit the support board or contact an administrator. have fun!

to copy the application, please quote the post below. make sure to remove the "quote" tags when you are creating your application. some details about how to fill the application out follows.

your main character image should not exceed 630px in width. your four character avatars should be 100 x 100 in size. you may use the same avatar 4 times or change it up, but it looks best if they match each other! fill in each block (ie. age, gender, etc.) by replacing the word. write out numbers if possible. affinity refers to your characters jutsu preference (ninjutsu, genjutsu, etc.). nature refers to your character's chakra nature type, if applicable (not all characters have this, ie. wood release, magnet release, etc).

fill in the long scrolling texts with paragraph descriptions. the second tab refers to appearance. please write at least one paragraph for your character's appearance. the third tab refers refers to personality. please write at least two paragraphs for your characters personality. you may include fears and goals in this description. the fourth tab refers to history. please write at least two paragraphs for your character's history. include any clan information if you are a member of a clan. the fifth tab refers to your special skills and out of character information. in the first section of scrolling text, please list all jutsu that your character knows at the time of the application. if you wish to create your own jutsu, or kekkei genkai, please refer to the custom database board prior to submitting your application. in the second block of scrolling text, please list all equipment, armor, etc. that your character currently possesses at the time of the application. you may want to specify, if applicable, which of these equipment is on your character at all times.

after equipment is a small table of various categories. this is your character's databook, a canon feature in the naruto universe. if you are unsure what this is, then feel free to do a quick search for it. the maximum value for each category is 5. please keep in mind your character's rank when filling out this table.
